The Park

Witches Craig is a touring park which welcomes caravanners and campers during the months of April – October inclusive. There are no caravans available for hire.

The award winning toilet and shower facilities are exceptional and there is a separate toilet and shower room with easy access. An Access Statement can be issued on request. Babies and toddlers are provided for with a baby bath and changing mat. Children can burn up some energy in our carefully planned play area, which is set safely in the heart of the park.

On a practical front there are hard standing pitches, electrical hook-up points and chemical toilet disposal facilities available, including a drive over service point for motorhomes. Life is made more comfortable with the provision of a well-equipped laundry room, dish washing facilities, vegetable preparation area, undercover cooking shelters and picnic benches. Water and waste disposal points are located throughout the park and recycling facilities are also provided.

The park is a registered Calor Gas and Camping Gaz dealer. There is a public telephone on site.

Dogs on a lead are welcome and there is a dog wood set aside for their exercise.
There is no shop on-site but daily newspapers, morning rolls and milk can be ordered in advance.

Witches Craig is approximately 3 miles from Stirling and is on a regular bus route. On the other hand you can use the local Park and Ride service.

There is a varied range of activities, all within walking distance from the park. The University of Stirling has some beautiful walks around it’s loch, that are rich in wildlife, whilst the MacRobert Art Centre regularly has plays, films, shows and exhibitions. The magnificent National Wallace Monument and the quaint Logie Kirk provide excellent destinations for a walk. The Blairmains Farm Shop, within a 10 minute walk, provides a varied range of fresh delicacies, foods and gifts while the neighbouring Coffee Bothy offers excellent drinks, snacks and meals. The Ochil Hills provide great walks and spectacular views and their lower slopes are accessible from the park.
